You agree not to use this Website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair this Website or which would interfere with any other party’s use of this Website.  You hereby assume all risks associated with the use of this Website and should not rely upon any content or materials on this Website (the “Content”) for any reason whatsoever. 

Good Fillings is a family-owned company located in Lake Villa, Illinois. Good Fillings is dedicated to providing you with the highest-quality products at competitive prices. We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly, and we strive to fill and ship all candle orders within 3 days, although we cannot guarantee this. Shipment 

Title and risk of loss for all goods sold shall pass to you upon delivery of the goods to carrier. All shipping costs shall be your sole responsibility unless otherwise noted when ordering.  For any merchandise that is returned to Good Fillings due to an incorrect address provided by you, you shall be responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred by Good Fillings and you hereby authorize Good Fillings to charge your Payment Account for such additional shipping costs.

Cancellation for candles and wax melts

Cancelled orders are eligible for a 50% refund when cancelled before shipment, as all orders are hand made by order. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled by you.  Exceptions will not be made to this cancellation policy.  To cancel, email goodfillingscs@ gmail.com with cancellation in the subject line. Please include your full name and billing and shipping address in the body of your email.

Cancellation for subscription boxes

Subscription boxes automatically renew on the 3rd of April, July, October, and January. Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the 3rd of the corresponding month. To cancel, email goodfillingscs@gmail.com with cancellation in the subject line. Please include your full name and billing and shipping address In the body of your email.
